Century Road Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist who holds a valid credential as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to become an integral part of our mental health support team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing vital assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with mood disorders. Your work will directly impact the mental well-being of our clients in the Amarillo, Texas, community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the severity and duration of symptoms presented by clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. \n
- Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that respect their individual needs, treatment goals, and preferences. \n
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique requirements of each client. \n
- Providing education to clients and their families about mood disorders, effective treatment options, and strategies for self-care and coping mechanisms. \n
- Monitoring client progress on an ongoing basis and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Working closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a holistic and synchronized approach to each client's care. \n
- Keeping abreast of new research and developments in the field of mental health to continuously enhance your clinical practice. \n
- Documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in accordance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders. \n
- Advocating for clients' mental health needs and contributing to the de-stigmatization of mental health issues in the broader community. \n
Our client population primarily encompasses individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT. \n
- Evident knowledge of psychopharmacology and a collaborative spirit to work alongside psychiatrists. \n
- Demonstrated track record of achieving positive outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders. \n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

- A strong background in multi-disciplinary team collaboration. \n
- Prior work in outpatient settings focusing on mood disorders or related mental health issues. \n
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
