Financial Advisor Sheboygan, WI Area — $120K - $140K Base + Benefits A successful wealth management firm in the Sheboygan area is seeking a polished Financial Advisor to step into an established client base and support long-term client relationships. This is not a heavy cold‑calling or prospecting role. The advisor will inherit an existing book and focus on client retention, financial planning, investment guidance, and relationship management. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the primary advisor for an established group of clients Lead client review meetings and ongoing planning conversations Provide financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and investment guidance Partner with client service, planning, and investment teams to support client needs Identify additional planning opportunities within existing relationships Communicate clearly with clients, families, CPAs, and attorneys Maintain accurate client notes, follow‑ups, and compliance documentation What We’re Looking For 2+ years as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar client‑facing advisory role Series 65 OR Series 7 and Series 66 required CFP preferred Strong financial planning experience required if not CFP Polished communication skills and strong client relationship ability Experience with affluent or high-net‑worth clients preferred Comfortable working onsite MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
