Key Responsibilities
Work schedule
- Supervise daily store operations with attention to detail
- Manage resources including staff, stock, and sales effectively
- Recruit, train, and appraise team members to build a talented workforce
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service
- Monitor financial performance and maintain accurate records
- Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and collaborate with management
- High school degree required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities
- Confidence and resourcefulness in handling daily challenges
- Proficiency in IT and numerical tasks
