Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations with attention to detail
Manage resources including staff, stock, and sales effectively
Recruit, train, and appraise team members to build a talented workforce
Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service
Monitor financial performance and maintain accurate records
Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare promotional displays and collaborate with management

Skills and Qualifications

High school degree required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities
Confidence and resourcefulness in handling daily challenges
Proficiency in IT and numerical tasks
