1st Shift Material Handler Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
1. Safely transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts.
2. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate material records in designated storage areas.
3. Deliver materials to the appropriate production lines or workstations to ensure continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
4. Driving a forklift
5. Maintain organized storage areas, remove empty containers or waste, and ensure materials are stored safely and neatly according to safety standards.
1st Shift Material Handler Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass aptitude tests (Tape measure reading, fractions)
- Limited criminal history with client approval
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hour shifts
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
