Housing Occupancy Specialist

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Housing Occupancy Specialist to ensure efficient, compliant use of housing units across our mission-driven programs. In this role, you will manage waitlists, process applications, verify eligibility, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs while maintaining accurate records and reports. You will collaborate closely with case managers and community partners to support housing stability for individuals and families, uphold fair housing and regulatory standards, and contribute to a compassionate, client-centered environment that advances dignity, equity, and social justice.
