Job Description Hiring Now: Lead Supervisor – Cutting | Cedar Hill, TX Area We're seeking an experienced Lead Supervisor – Cutting for a direct-hire, 1st shift opportunity in the Cedar Hill, TX area! Pay: $31–$37/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the cutting/press crew while ensuring safe, efficient production Oversee printing press operations, including ink/coating application and related processes Complete production paperwork and manage crew performance during runtime and downtime Train and support new equipment operators Set up presses using written job instructions Troubleshoot press operations and perform routine maintenance Maintain high print quality by interpreting color bars, star targets, side guide marks, and slur indicators Assist in other pressroom operations and operate various equipment as needed Requirements Strong leadership and press operation experience Thorough knowledge of press functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
