We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our team at Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson in beautiful Wilmington, NC! What You’ll Do:
-Lead & Coach: Mentor and motivate a high-performing team of sales specialists.
-Drive Growth: Set ambitious sales goals, execute strategic initiatives, and maximize profitability.
-Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer experiences the premium, community-driven Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
-Manage Operations: Oversee inventory, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM). What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of successful sales management experience (automotive, powersports, or high-ticket retail preferred).
-Strong leadership, coaching, and pipeline management skills.
-A passion for the powersports industry and building community connections.
