In this role you will be responsible for performing installation, repair and maintenance on a variety of equipment including air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, gas and oil boilers and oil & gas furnaces. This position requires a Connecticut Journeyman S2, B2, or a D2 license, excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills. You will get to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, teamwork, and great people skills in working with a diverse residential customer base. Our competitive pay scale is based on experience.

Do you currently hold a B2 or a D2 license? We will help you reach the next licensing level for the state of Connecticut.

What You'll Actually Be Doing: Clean and service units on maintenance calls Trouble shooting and repairing heating and cooling equipment. New installs & system replacements Perform system evaluations and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic) Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business Assisting with duct cleaning and/or duct sealing. Job requirements include: Adherence to our company uniform policy Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and keep office aware of maintenance issues HVAC technical skills Positive "can do" attitude!

The BEST continuing education & training available in the industry What You Can Expect to Earn $73,000 – $100,000 yearly (based on experience and performance) Competitive hourly base pay with some very competitive bonuses and commissions. We rarely experience major shoulder season slow downs.
