What You’ll Do

• Review upcoming residential installs before they hit the schedule — making sure everything is set up for a clean, efficient job from the start
• Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork (tin) on-site or in the shop with precision and pride
• Read layouts and make smart field adjustments to ensure installs are clean, functional, and built right
• Lead and manage install teams , keeping jobsites safe, organized, and professional
• Work with urgency and efficiency without compromising quality
• Communicate clearly with installers, managers, and homeowners to keep jobs moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can step in, take ownership, and raise the standard.

• Proven residential HVAC install experience
• Strong sheet metal / tin fabrication skills (required)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both team members and customers
• High level of pride in clean, detailed workmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-focused
• Willing to step up, take initiative, and solve problems without being asked
• Alignment with a culture built on accountability and doing things right
