Job Description Insight Global's customer in the Manufacturing space is searching for a Retirement/Pension Analyst to join their Total Rewards team in Tampa, FL. This individual will be partnering cross-functionally with internal teams & external providers to support the administration and ongoing enhancement of employee benefit programs. This person will contribute to program design, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver a positive and consistent experience for current employees, retirees, and eligible dependents.
