Night Shift Pharmacist Opportunity

An opportunity is available for a night shift pharmacist at a large, busy hospital located near Houston, TX. Location:

• Travel position with a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in an inpatient hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Provide clinical pharmacy support and consult services
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Utilize electronic health record systems, preferably EPIC, to document patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license required
• Texas IV certification required
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
