Onsite recruiter

Randstad is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our team! This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with 1 to 2 years of recruiting or high-volume HR support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Please Note: This position requires commuting between multiple client sites within the California South Bay region( Mountain View, Cupertino, & Sunnyvale) during the work week. Reliable transportation is required.

Schedule & Pay Rate

• Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 / hr (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Location: California South Bay (Must have good, reliable transportation to commute to different sites during the week)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Onboarding Support: Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including conducting orientations, collecting hiring paperwork, and ensuring full compliance.
• High-Volume Communication: Comfortable handling heavy phone calls daily (outbound screening and inbound candidate inquiries).
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both our client managers and job applicants on the floor.
• Professional Communication: Maintain good email etiquette and professional written correspondence.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing support, or high-volume administrative roles.
