Duties
You will provide scientific, technical and OPTEVFOR process guidance on the overall approach to evaluating major defense acquisition systems and ensure test and evaluation results of programs are technically evaluated correctly.
You will develop, implement, and update best practices for analyzing data collection, performing reliability and maintainability assessments, and logistical support.
You will develop and implement new concepts, methodologies, procedures, and designs to achieve the required level of compatibility or commonality across the operational, procedural, and technical spectrums of operational testing.
You will validate suitability scenarios ensuring proper application, measurements, and realistic expectation management.
You will collaborate with the OTDs and test teams on the development and iterative revision of test reports.
