Requisitos principales:
Debe tener de 3 a 6 meses de experiencia en trabajo general.
Debe ser capaz de preparar metal para el recubrimiento, supervisar el proceso y garantizar el control de calidad.
Debe asegurarse de que las piezas estén libres de aceite, pintura y óxido mediante la clasificación, el limado y la asistencia en tratamientos químicos por inmersión.
Supervisar la temperatura de los baños, los niveles de químicos y los tiempos de inmersión para asegurar que el recubrimiento se adhiera correctamente.
Eliminar bordes afilados, superficies ásperas o exceso de zinc (escoria) utilizando limas manuales, cepillos de alambre, esmeriles o lijadoras.
Identificar áreas del metal que no hayan sido recubiertas y repararlas utilizando zinc en aerosol, zinc líquido o barras de zinc caliente.
Debe contar con una licencia de conducir válida (DL) o una identificación oficial (ID).
Horario:
Lunes a viernes
6:00 a. m. – 2:00 p. m.
Duración:
Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente.
