Technical Business Analyst

Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Woodlawn, MD Duration: Long-term W2 contract Compensation: $58-60/HR Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders Position Description: Analyze business processes to identify, define, and document business and system requirements. Develop complex SQL queries, join multiple tables, and perform data transformations. Work with cross-functional teams to support shared goals, including facilitating meetings and communicating information. Develop clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately reflect stakeholder requirements. Perform manual testing. Qualifications & Required Skills: Experience defining system documentation requirements and developing Data Flow Diagrams and Use Cases. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing manual tests. Strong experience working in an Agile methodology, with knowledge of SDLC and CMMI Level 3 methodologies. Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and API testing. Strong communication, technical writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience with requirements management tools and requirements gathering methodologies. Ability to identify data anomalies and recommend effective solutions. Ability to communicate technical and analytical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
