Gas delivery systems aren't a commodity — they're mission-critical. Critical Systems Inc. needs a driven Outside Sales Representative to bring that story to plant managers and engineers across Texas.

About the Role

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in engineered gas delivery and abatement systems serving the semiconductor, food processing, and healthcare industries. We're looking for a driven, technically minded Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Texas territory. This is a true field-based role focused on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing high-value system sales.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across Texas

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in semiconductor, food, and healthcare markets

• Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, and facility decision-makers

• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on technical solutions

• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience

• Background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales

• Experience selling into manufacturing, process industries, or facilities

• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions

• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field role

• Willingness to travel within Texas (50–70%)

Experience with gas systems, fluid control, valves, or similar products is a strong plus.
