Work Hours: Must be able to support PST hours
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and JavaScript to build and enhance enterprise-scale web applications supporting digital commerce initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent coding fundamentals, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.

Develop responsive and high-performance frontend components using React.

Design and develop robust backend APIs and services using Node.js.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.

Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Follow software engineering best practices, version control standards, and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of Full Stack development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in React.

Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js.

Excellent JavaScript fundamentals.

Strong coding and problem-solving skills.

Experience developing scalable frontend and backend applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to independently lead technical discussions with business stakeholders.

Ability to support PST business hours.
Preferred Qualifications

Python experience.
-
eCommerce or retail platform experience.

Payment systems integration experience.

Experience working in Agile development environments.
