Primary Care Provider Opportunity

With a growing patient demand, excellent patient care, and providers' quality of work/life balance taking center stage, Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada (Grass Valley, CA) seeks bring Primary Care providers (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to the group who are open to the following:
- Offering excellent IM or FM care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing those who are medically complex
- Utilizing a strong referral base with easy access to specialists
- Partnering with highly trained, competent and caring support staff
- Working in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rule the days
- Providing services in a community where healthcare providers are appreciated every day for their heroic work

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Details:
- Salary Guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
- Uncapped Productivity Incentive
- Up to $20,000 Relocation Incentive
- Up to $15,000/year Quality Incentive
- PLUS Signing Incentive of either:
- up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus OR
- up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
- Group-paid medical and dental insurance option (including group contribution to HSA account) or "buy-up" plans available
- 8 weeks time off per year
- Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%
- Additional retirement contribution of up to 3-8% of salary (based on age range)
- CME Reimbursement, paid Malpractice, and reimbursement for licensure renewal fees
Job Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
