As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Requirements: 18 years or older Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Registered with the State of California Home Care Services Bureau as a Caregiver (If you are not registered as a caregiver, we can provide you with information) Current negative TB test or clear x-ray results Vaccination requirements in accordance with Local, State and Federal guidance Pass Live Scan and Health Screen Skills and Qualifications of a Caregiver: Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required) Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
