We are actively seeking a sharp, customer-focused B2B Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator to join our corporate headquarters in downtown Fort Worth.

What This Job Actually Is (Inside Sales Support & B2B Customer Care): In this role, you are the right hand to our outside sales force and the primary customer service partner for our commercial accounts. There is zero cold calling or commission prospecting required. Instead, once our field sales agents close a deal or a major retail client submits a purchase order, you take the baton to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative execution.

You will review incoming sales orders for accuracy, enter high-volume orders into our ERP system, answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, and coordinate directly with our manufacturing plants to ensure every customer order is fulfilled smoothly and on time. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Dedicated Sales Team Support: Partner daily with outside field sales representatives and manufacturer reps to process customer orders, verify pricing and part numbers, and resolve account issues quickly.
• B2B Customer Service & Account Management: Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for commercial customers and retail buyers—answering order inquiries, providing delivery ETAs, and proactively communicating any schedule updates.
• High-Volume Sales Order Entry: Accurately review and input daily queues of customer purchase orders and dropship orders into our enterprise ERP system using fast, precise 10-key data entry.
• Order Auditing & Problem Resolution: Act as the critical second set of eyes on all sales documentation. Catch discrepancies (incorrect SKUs, quantities, or order terms), reach out to sales reps or customers for clarification, and process billing credits or adjustments when needed.
• Order-to-Fulfillment Coordination: Connect the dots between the sales desk and our production facilities to ensure customer specifications are clearly communicated and orders ship on schedule.

What We Are Looking For:

• B2B Sales Support & Customer Service Background: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales Support Representative, B2B Customer Service Specialist, Account Coordinator, or Order Entry Specialist (experience in manufacturing, construction/building materials, or wholesale distribution is a major plus).
• Strong ERP & Computer Proficiency: Hands-on experience entering sales orders into enterprise ERP or CRM software (such as JD Edwards, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or AS400) alongside strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Polished Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly over the phone and via email with corporate buyers, field sales reps, and internal leadership.
