Take the next step in your speech-language career with an outstanding contract opportunity for the 2026-27 school year! A dedicated SLP or SLPA is needed to support K-12 students. Spanning from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse population while enjoying a supportive, flexible environment.

This role offers a 35-40 hours/week schedule, and the school will accommodate your preferred hours between 6:45 AM and 4:00 PM, depending on whether you’re serving elementary, middle, or high school students. Schedules can be mutually arranged to fit your needs. Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs are encouraged to apply, and Spanish language skills, though not required, would be a valuable asset. Supervision for CFs and SLPAs is available and provided by the school.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA licensure
  • Experience in school or healthcare settings appreciated (SLP/SLPA)
  • Capable of working with K-12 students
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, though not required
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Passing a drug screen and background check required
  • New graduates and clinical fellows welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing communication
