About the Role The Project Coordinator IV provides project coordination, operational, and communication support to the Regulatory Science & Communication team. This role works closely with Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Communications, project leaders, and cross-functional partners to plan and execute team initiatives, maintain schedules and documentation, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support the timely delivery of regulatory science and communication objectives. The Project Coordinator IV serves as a central point of coordination for information, meetings, action items, risks, decisions, and deliverables. The role helps establish clear communication pathways, consistent project practices, and organized governance mechanisms across initiatives. Working under limited supervision, the Project Coordinator IV independently manages non-routine assignments, identifies opportunities to improve team processes, and recommends practical solutions that enhance execution, transparency, and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities Coordinate projects and programs for the Regulatory Science & Communication team from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments. Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify potential delays or gaps and elevate them as appropriate. Gather, organize, analyze, and summarize information for project updates, leadership reviews, regulatory science activities, communication materials, and other team deliverables. Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of regulatory science and communication materials, ensuring that required contributors and reviewers are engaged at the appropriate time. Monitor shared mailboxes, project trackers, document repositories, and other team systems to promote timely responses, accurate records, and effective information flow. Support onboarding and training activities related to project processes, tools, systems, and documentation standards. Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, meeting logistics, and travel or expense activities when required. Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 6+ years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly. Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Benefits & Compensation MiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$57,000.00 - $97,000.00 For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $63,000 - $107,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
