Business Consultant – Contract Compliance & Strategy Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-03 Location This role requires associates to be in‑office 1–2 days per week, with flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within commuting distance from an office. Impact Eligible for leading teams of analysts on complex projects; acting as a resource to Provider Solutions, Contract Management, and Health Economics; analyzing and designing solutions; developing project plans; leading strategy and execution of recovery workflows for Contract Compliance and Chargemaster variances; locating, reviewing, and interpreting complex contracts to support compliance and reimbursement decisions. Responsibilities Serves as liaison between Provider Solutions, Health Economics, and Contract Administration to translate business needs into procedures, reports, and tools supporting Chargemaster Enforcement processes. Minimum Requirements BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience (including analysis and project management), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Prior experience in Chargemaster Enforcement. Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations. Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel). Ability to collaborate effectively across business areas, influence decision‑making, and drive negotiations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with communicating with various customers and support teams. Compensation The salary range for this position is $87,680 to $138,096, based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
