Description
Job Summary:
- Follow proper delivery and menu reading.
- Make decisions and lead the staff.
- Fill in other job positions as needed.
- Practice sound sanitation.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No previous experience required.
Experience: Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry and sanitation management preferred. Experience working with customers face to face. Communicates well with others.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and write and to speak and follow oral and written instructions. Must read and use simple arithmetic. Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly.
