Location: Modesto, CA

Pay: $25.36 hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support contract, bid, sales, and customer account activities. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order processing, account setup, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Contracts and Bid Specialists with daily administrative and customer needs.

• Assist customers with orders, credits, returns, deliveries, product concerns, and pickups.

• Track orders and provide timely status updates.

• Maintain customer order guides, pricing, and account information.

• Assist with new customer setup and onboarding.

• Process new item requests and promotional submissions.

• Coordinate customer meetings, product samples, and demonstrations.

• Support contract pricing, inventory reporting, and business development activities.

• Work with Sales, Operations, Transportation, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a related role.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams .

• Foodservice, distribution, hospitality, contract, or bid experience!

• Two rounds of interviews through Teams with our client
