Job Title: Loan Servicer (Full-Time, Onsite)

• Location:  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

As a Loan Servicer, you play an important role in maintaining accurate loan records, resolving loan-related issues, supporting regulatory reporting, and providing exemplary service to internal and external customers. This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a positive impact in the community every day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior banking experience who enjoys problem-solving, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering exemplary service to internal and external customers.

• Provide oversight and accountability for loan data entry and manual payment posting.
• Maintain loan information and system parameters for all loan types.
• Review work, compare system data with source documents, and correct discrepancies.
• Review error and maintenance reports and complete necessary corrections.
• Research and resolve non-posting, exception, and general ledger issues.
• Prepare simplified loan documents and loan-servicing reports.
• Review loan files and index scanned documentation.
