Community Services CoordinatorThe Community Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the CooperRiis Spravato program. The Coordinator will also offer administrative support to the Asheville Community Program and Partial Hospitalization Program.Location: Asheville, NCSchedule:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5 pm with a 30-minute lunchBenefits:PTO/Sick Time Accrual from first dayMedical/Dental/Vision BenefitsCompany-funded life insuranceRetirement plan with company matchFree Meals on ShiftSalary: Starting at $19.20 per hour and increases based on experienceResponsibilities:Coordinates the Spravato program, working with prescribers, nursing team, and finance department to complete verification of benefits, prior authorization, scheduling, and guiding residents through the sessionsCompletes all related clinical financial documentation and communicationProvides care coordination and administrative support, supporting the clinical and medical teams on treatment, discharge planning, and implementationsWorks closely with the team and residents promoting movement through the programs and addressing logistical barriers to discharge planningDevelops, maintains, and is knowledgeable on a library of resources for referral purposes in collaboration with other campus Care CoordinatorsReviews and addresses challenges with the administrative processes within the role in collaboration with the supervisorAttends weekly scheduled meetingsQualifications:Preferred bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or other related fieldExperience working with adults recovering from significant mental health challenges, preferably in a residential mental health or substance use recovery settingCooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
