Marketing Analyst

Job Description Job Description Job description: We are looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Analyst to own and grow the social media presence for Bliss Speech & Hearing Services. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that connects with parents, builds trust with the community, and drives awareness of our speech therapy services. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who understands how to capture and share content in an engaging and informative way that leads to realized growth. Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management: plan, film, edit and publish content across social media platforms. Develop consistent posting schedule and content calendar. Brand Voice & Growth: help shape Bliss' voice online (warm, trustworthy, parent-focused). Identify trends and adapt them to fit our brand and audience. Actively grow followers, engagement and reach. Community-Focused Content: Create content around speech development, parenting tips, behind-the-scenes clinic moments. Highlight therapists, patient journeys, and educational insights. Capture content at events, clinics, and in the community. Performance & Optimization: Track performance and adjust based on what's working. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and clinical team to ensure content is accurate and aligned. Qualifications Prior experience in creating engaging social media content (especially short-form video) Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and current content trends Comfort filming, editing, and being hands-on with content production Self-starter who can take ownership and execute without heavy direction Bonus if you have: healthcare and/or speech experience, pediatrics experience, and basic design skills (Canva, etc.) Job Type: Part-time Work Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX 75230 Company Description Bliss Speech and Hearing Services, Inc. is a thriving and quickly expanding speech/language therapy practice in Dallas and Plano.
