Digital Content Specialist

Position Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist contributes to the company's success by coordinating and implementing communications initiatives that support the Genova Diagnostics brand. Responsibilities include using online tools and resources—such as email, web content, advertising, digital imagery, and web analytics instruments—to engage audiences and promote brand loyalty. Work Schedule 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday Company Mission To be the best provider of comprehensive and innovative clinical laboratory services for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of complex chronic disease. Responsibilities Write campaign briefs and develop emails and other content that engage and maintain an audience, contributing to purchases and long‑term brand loyalty. Manage and update the company website using basic HTML/CSS to keep content current. Assist in the design and deployment of marketing emails, including HTML/CSS template creation. Lead the development and refinement of SEM campaigns that drive consumer conversions and brand awareness in B2B2C channels. Partner with project owners to execute projects from idea generation, planning, implementation, follow‑up, and evaluation. Coordinate with marketing staff to promote products and events, including managing budgets and monitoring spending to deliver maximum return on investment. Skills Required Solid understanding of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graphic design skills are a plus. Project development and management experience. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software. Familiarity with social media networks (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn). Experience with CRM systems is beneficial. Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university in marketing, business, or technology and three years of related experience and/or training. Computer Skills Understand web development, including content, design, and functionality; marketing automation experience (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) is a must; basic HTML knowledge and functional skills; proficiency with analytics (Google Analytics); knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software; familiarity with social media networks from a commercial standpoint; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
