In this role, you will Work three 12-hour shifts instead of five 8-hour days Build advanced assessment, prioritization, and time management skills Strengthen critical thinking and clinical decision‑making Learn to manage IV medications, drips, and complex care plans Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team Comprehensive Training and Team-Based Support You will never be expected to figure things out on your own. Nurses partner daily with Hospital Medicine physicians and teams such as Respiratory Care, Wound Care, Vascular Access, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology. You will gain exposure to advanced technologies and care modalities, including dialysis, high-flow oxygen, tracheostomies, chest tubes, and medication drips such as insulin and heparin.
