No previous healthcare experience required. Walnut Hills is looking for a compassionate and dependable Nurse Assistant to join our Assisted Living team. This entry-level position offers hands‑on experience caring for older adults while learning from experienced nurses, CNAs, and caregivers. What You'll Do Assist residents with daily living and personal care needs. Support residents while promoting dignity and independence. Build positive relationships with residents and families. Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and other care team members. Observe residents and report changes or concerns. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Follow established care and safety procedures. Provide compassionate support throughout each shift. What We're Looking For Dependable and willing to learn. Compassionate, patient, and respectful.
