We strive for greatness in everything we do, fueled by passion and a commitment to exceed expectations every step of the way.The Big TaskAs an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support experienced HVAC Lead Installers in installing, maintaining, and servicing heating and cooling systems, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.Key Sub TasksAssist HVAC Lead Installers with equipment installation, replacement, and maintenance in residential and commercial settingsTransport, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment at job sitesFollow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipmentMaintain clean and organized work areas, both on-site and in service vehiclesObserve and learn installation techniques, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics from experienced techniciansDocument work performed, materials used, and any jobsite notes accurately for records and follow-upCommunicate professionally with team members and customers, helping to ensure a smooth installation experienceDesired Skills and ExperienceIf you are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, you'll thrive as an HVAC Install Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in HVAC installation. You should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in physically active environments.
