Role Description We are seeking a dedicated General Practice Attorney for a full-time, on-site role in either our Liberty, Ellenville, or Walton, NY offices . The role involves providing legal advice, conducting legal research, managing client cases, drafting legal documents, handling negotiations, and representing clients in legal proceedings across various practice areas such as real estate, litigation, estate planning, corporate law, and more. The attorney will work closely with clients to offer personalized and effective legal solutions while contributing to the firm's collaborative and client-centered approach to law. Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in Law, particularly in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, or Litigation. Expertise in Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration and the ability to address related legal matters effectively is a plus. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate Legal Advice to diverse clients. Proficiency in Research and drafting legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for the best outcomes for clients. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the state of New York. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills. Experience in managing multiple cases or clients in a fast-paced legal setting is required.
