Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

What if your next veterinary role gave you room to practice good medicine, develop your surgical skills, and enjoy more time away from work?

This opportunity could be a great fit if you're looking for a well-rounded small animal role with colleague support, a varied caseload, and a schedule built around a four-day workweek. Whether you're early in your career or ready for a new long-term position, there's an opportunity to keep learning while building strong relationships with clients and their pets.

What You'll Find Here

• A four-day workweek: Enjoy a full-time schedule with the potential for three consecutive days off. Saturday coverage is part of the rotation.
• Surgical and dental development: Continue performing routine procedures or build confidence with more involved soft tissue surgery and dentistry alongside experienced colleagues.
• Support when you need it: Case discussions, collaboration with other veterinarians, and surgical mentorship opportunities help you continue developing your clinical judgment.
• Variety in your day: Combine preventive care and internal medicine with diagnostic workups, dental procedures, surgery, and urgent appointments.
• A strong earning opportunity: Compensation includes salary plus production opportunities, with a sign-on bonus available.
• Room to shape your career: Continuing education and professional development can help you strengthen existing skills and pursue areas of interest.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a small animal general practice focused on companion animal care, from wellness visits and medical management to soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and same-day urgent needs. In-house diagnostics and dental imaging support everyday clinical decision-making, while an experienced support team helps keep patient care moving.
