Human Resources Coordinator

Beloved Ones is hiring an onsite HR Coordinator in California City to support HR administration, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities Handle internal and external HR inquiries, requests, and general HR assistance Manage HR calls and route/distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate personnel records for payroll, personal information, leaves, and turnover metrics in both paper files and the HR database Ensure employment documentation and related requirements are consistently met Coordinate with other functions such as payroll and benefits Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, background checks, shortlisting support, and issuing employment contracts Assist supervisors with performance management procedures Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain the team agenda Support onboarding and new-hire orientations, including updating records for incoming employees Prepare and submit reports covering general HR activityAssist with ad-hoc HR initiatives such as collecting employee feedback Support additional assigned functions and help coordinate company events Help set up and attend events for Beloved Ones Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a related HR/administrative role Working knowledge of HR processes and HR best practices Strong working skills with MS Office , including MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Experience using HR databases and HRIS platforms (example listed: Virtual Edge ) Ability to work with ATS software Comfort using sourcing tools such as resume databases and online communities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle employee and HR data with confidentiality Strong organization and time management CIPD certification is an advantage Associates or higher education; BSC/BA in Business Administration or relevant field preferred, with additional HR Management education a plus Technologies MS Office MS Excel MS Powerpoint Virtual Edge ATS Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Paid time off after working one year Vision insurance One paid mental health day per quarter Two paid bereavement days Paid time off Job Details Job type: Full-Time/Salary Schedule: 8 hour shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work location: In person Location: California City, CA 93505 (Preferred) Commute: California City, CA 93505 (Required) Relocation: California City, CA 93505 (Required) Relocate before starting work Compensation Pay range: $65,000- $75,000 Hourly pay: $31.25 - $36.06 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Beloved Ones
