About the Position This position is located at Travis Air Force Base, California. Salary negotiation may be available for candidates new to Federal service. Qualification Overview To qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience includes paid and unpaid positions, volunteer work through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) or other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, transcript requests will occur as part of the application. Basic Requirement for Clinical Psychologist Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology. Specialized Experience One year of specialized experience that includes performing biopsychosocial evaluations, developing behavioral health treatment plans, and providing psychological counseling. Experience must be used exclusively; substitution of education for experience is not permitted.
