Help Wanted: Benefits Coordinator / EEO Officer – Durant HELP WANTED Big Five Community Services is hiring for a Benefits Coordinator / EEO Officer for the Durant location Responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing service to employees regarding their benefits. Assists with advertising and recruitment of new employees. May temporarily fill positions in the absence of other clerical staff. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma. Must have at least two years of experience in employee benefits and human resource knowledge. Must be knowledgeable of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to ERISA, ACA and HIPPA, and other federal, state and local law requirements. Maintaining efficient, written communication with staff and professional contacts outside the agency is required. Must demonstrate effective use of the computer using Word, Excel and other comparable programs. Must be able to operate office machines with proficiency.
