Maintenance Coordinator (Tempe, AZ) Austin Industrial

Maintenance Coordinator The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of administrative duties at the project site. The objective is to provide full SAP support for production maintenance. Other duties may be assigned. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Plan and schedule work orders for the maintenance group. Comment and close work orders. Create and edit preventative maintenance plans and tasks. Create reports and track metric-based goals, KPIs. Document control, correspondence, and daily reports. Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings. Other duties as assigned. Must be proficient in SAP. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Qualifications Required Associate degree or high school diploma. At least 5 years of maintenance and production experience; proficiency in SAP. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules. Knowledge of craft disciplines: Millwright/Mechanical, Pipefitting, Electrical, Instrumentation, Painting, Insulation, and Scaffolding. Equivalency of education and experience is acceptable.
