Jewelry Sales & Customer Support Specialist

PAJ, Inc (Prime Art & Jewel) is seeking a capable Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support sales representatives and customers. The role includes handling inquiries by phone and email, generating orders, and coordinating with multiple departments to manage returns, ship schedules, and costs. The candidate will assist with sample preparation, inventory management, and social media jewelry photography.
