Litigation Support Analyst

Overview A top litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to join the team! Who You Are You have 2+ years of litigation support and discovery experience Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and litigation workflows Skilled in handling data and modifying load files for documents and images Able to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments Strong communicator with experience supporting and training legal teams Familiar with tools such as Ipro, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Everlaw, or Disco; Nuix Discover is a plus What You’ll Do Set up and manage document review platforms and databases Process and structure incoming data for case use Run targeted searches to identify key information Conduct quality checks and prepare materials for production Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users Coordinate with legal teams to align workflows with case needs What Success Looks Like Accurate, timely delivery of review-ready and production data Reliable platform performance with minimal disruption Clear, effective support for legal stakeholders Consistent execution across multiple active matters Salary Range: $70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
