Position Summary Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly. Demonstrates adaptability and supports continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team‑based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success, fostering a belonging mindset, and promoting a positive workplace culture. What you’ll do Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others, ensuring compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are met by evaluating effectiveness of current plans, consulting with business partners, soliciting and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness, and supporting community outreach events. Manages multiple projects, defines scope, establishes objectives, coordinates planning activities, assembles management plans, tracks changes, resolves critical issues, monitors budgets, and delivers status reports. Manages content‑management initiatives, designs, develops, automates, and maintains tools and resources, collaborates on intranet content, and ensures alignment with governance standards. Manages processes and procedures, analyzes data to identify existing standards, evaluates business components, edits processes, and develops improvement solutions. Manages behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating change needs, partnering with cross‑functional teams, ensuring proper controls, monitoring program performance, identifying post‑implementation issues, and driving behavior change. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces diversity, communicates with impact, attracts and retains best talent, and acts with integrity, putting customers first and making data‑based decisions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
