Senior Business Analyst

Job Description Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements across multiple systems and platforms. Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions. Create detailed business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and Jira user stories. Partner with business and technical teams to manage requirements through Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles. Identify process gaps, dependencies, and risks while driving solutions independently. Support backlog management, testing, UAT, and successful delivery of business initiatives. Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
