Roles and Responsibilities

· Expert programming skills developing back-end cloud applications in Java

· Experience with Agile methodology

· Should have worked in development and maintenance engagements

· Be able to work as a developer across multiple modules/areas

· Be able to estimate for tasks/activities at WBS level as well as schedules

· Participate in Requirements understanding, create designs as well as resolve team's issues to ensure quality and schedules are not impacted

· Stakeholder/Client interactions as needed

· Good communication and articulation skill

· Quick turnaround of defect fixing

· Able to guide junior team members and work with other team members

Primary skills: Core Java, J2EE, Webservices (WebSphere)/Micro-Services, Bootstrap, JSP, Servlets, XML, SOAP, RESTFUL, Structs / Spring batch, SQL

Secondary skills: JMS MQ, JPA / Hibernate, Angular, HTML5, j Query

Education Requirement:

Bachelors, Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
