Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
- Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
- Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
- Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives
- + $2/hour for weekend shifts
- + $5/hour for company-observed holidays
- An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates. Fluency will be assessed through a test.
- Candidates with a completed BA or BS will be offered an additional $1.00 per hour, with a copy of the degree required during onboarding
Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm 8:00pm
Now Hiring In: Cities Targeting- Oxnard, Santa Paula, Filmore and Camarillo. We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact
As a Behavior Interventionist, you'll do more than provide care you'll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:
- 1:1 Client Support Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Provide Consistent Therapy Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Track Progress Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Foster Learning and Growth Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Collaborate as a Team Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain Professional Standards Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
