Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Florida Department of Health.
• School-based or pediatric PT experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple campuses within the district.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes—including fingerprinting via the AHCA Clearinghouse and obtaining a JLA badge—is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students from preschool through high school, adapting interventions to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families in developing and implementing student-specific plans.
• Assess, document, and report on student progress and response to therapy.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP processes.
• Manage a flexible caseload, rotating between various schools within the district.
