Come and join the #1 salon in Richardson. Full-time and Part-Time positions are available. This is a great opportunity to develop your clientele in a high-end salon and build your career by cultivating relationships with clients to ensure they become regular customers. You will be working in a beautiful place with like-minded professionals.

I have 3 people who have worked for the shop for 5 years out of 6 years open. They earn $83,000 per year and are projected to go over $100,000 this year!

We will provide products (all kinds), towels, razors, cleaning, sanitation, drinks, uniforms, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer refreshments
• Discuss and confirm what kind of cut or service the client wants
• Wash and condition the client’s hair
• Cut, color, process, and style client’s hair according to specifications
• Keep scissors sharp, brushes sanitized, and all equipment in good condition

Qualifications:

• Current Cosmetology License (State of Texas)
• Passion for cutting and styling hair
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
