Job Summary We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Qualifications Available to work daytime hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9a-4p. 1 day off and/or a Saturday a month off Must be Tech savvy. Willingness to sell and promote business on multiple social media platforms, Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred Basic knowledge of vehicles and the differences between manufacturers. Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve Work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail.
