Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable culinary professional to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure ingredients are properly measured, stored, labeled, and rotated for freshness and food safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout all shifts.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and appearance to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and comply with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations.
• Support special requests, dietary needs, and menu adjustments as required.

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hospitality, or food service setting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and reaching.
