Rapha Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Senior Companions to provide high-quality non-medical home care services to clients throughout Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Roseville, and nearby communities.

What You'll Do:

As a member of our caregiving team, you will help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes by providing:

• Personal Care Assistance

• Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance

• Dressing and toileting support

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Exercise encouragement and supervision

• Homemaking & Companion Care

• Meal planning and preparation

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry assistance

• Meaningful companionship and social engagement

• Respite Care

• Providing temporary relief for family caregivers

• Ensuring continuity of care and client safety

Qualifications:

We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous caregiving experience preferred

• CNA, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan screening

• Dependable, patient-focused, and professional attitude
