Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Longmont, Colorado (On-Site Only - No Remote or Hybrid Option) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Quality Assurance Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring water treatment units, responding to alarms, reviewing unit health and performance trends, supporting troubleshooting efforts, coordinating operational responses, and maintaining shift-level visibility of unit status across all active jobs. This role requires a proactive approach to quality control, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in our water treatment processes. Key Responsibilities Remote Monitoring: Continuously monitor water treatment units from the local office using SCADA, dashboards, telemetry, and related monitoring tools to identify abnormal operating conditions and confirm unit health. Alarm Response: Respond to alarms and operational issues in real time, investigate likely causes, initiate follow-up actions, and escalated to appropriate field, engineering, or management resources when needed. Performance Review: Review startup behavior, KPI trends, treatment performance, and operating conditions to help ensure units are operating within expected ranges and producing acceptable results. Operational Coordination: Communicate issues to internal stakeholders and site contacts when required, help coordinate tote runout and changeover events, and maintain current site contact information for assigned jobs. Operational Changes: Implement and document approved unit setting changes, verify system response after updates, and maintain awareness of current job and skid configuration changes. Maintenance and Field Support: Identify issues requiring maintenance action, support maintenance requests, and assist with troubleshooting, inspections, site visits, or technical upgrades when needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive. Comfort using dashboards, spreadsheets, templates, and digital reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced operating environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently across active jobs. Experience in water treatment, industrial operations, chemical operations, or a related field is preferred. Education An associate degree or technical certification in Environmental Science, Process Technology, Industrial Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant technical or industrial experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Additional Information This is a structured rotating-shift position supporting 24/7 coverage. The role is expected to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on a rotating schedule. Periodic travel to field locations may be required for troubleshooting, inspections, upgrades, or operational support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
